You have two options :

The partial CASCO : it insures damages on your vehicle in the event of theft, force of nature, (hail, storm, snow sliding or animals), glass breakeage.
FULL CASCO INSURANCE: insures the same situations as the partial CASCO insurance but furthermore insures you in the event of collision. A coverage for collision is generally not possible.
The full CASCO functions with bonus/malus which varies from one insurance company to another. But the system is not used for partial CASCO Insurance. CASCO insurance insures the vehicle, it is not an insurance for its owner. The identity of the driver during the incident is not taken into account.
